I have a scoliosis and i im not sure if i should start hip hinging. Should i first correct my spine with stretching and inner corset exercises?
It’s fine to start hip hinging straight away but it will be helpful to stretch and strengthen first. Inner Corset can work very well in concert with hip hinging to begin with, as it helps you to maintain your J-spine shape, and possibly reduce your scoliosis as well, while you hinge.
